Do

  1. Use natural light as main source whenever possibleÌý
  2. Look for genuine expressions of happiness, enjoyment, focus, and confidence
  3. Look for clean, uncluttered compositions to reduce visual clutterÌý
  4. Use shallow depth of field to separate subject from backgroundÌý
  5. When photographing people, focus on the subject while having room around them for scene context and croppingÌý

Don't

  1. Overly pose or stage subjectsÌý
  2. Place subject in front of a busy backgroundÌý
