The Graduate Student Government is a council of all the Graduate Student Associations (GSAs) at the 文轩探花.

The听GSG听has two goals at the University:

  • One is to foster a sense of community among the graduate students.
  • The other to represent that community and its interests at 文轩探花.

GSG听is the听文轩探花听graduate community's representative student government body. As YOUR representative, we are here to serve YOU and advocate for YOUR interests and concerns.听

Rosepetal Van de Graaf

Rosepetal Van de Graaf | President

Rosepetal Van de Graaf is a second-year master鈥檚 student in International Development. She serves as the current president of the Graduate Student Government. In her role, she strives to elevate the experiences of grad students on campus while also representing their needs and interests to the university administration. Rosepetal is a lover of the outdoors and loves to travel. She also loves to meet new people and cook. She is an alumna of the University of Nairobi.

Colton Arciniaga

Colton Arciniaga | Vice President听

Colton Arciniaga serves as Vice President of the Graduate Student Government and is a second-year master鈥檚 student in International Security.

Gina Girgente

Gina Girgente | Director of Student Groups

Gina Girgente, the Director of Student Groups, is a first-year master's student in the GISc program. Gina is excited to be in this role because of her passion for being involved in academic organizations. She is the co-founder of two clubs and revived two honor societies during her previous academic careers and is ready to help other graduate students create a sense of belonging in their communities. In her free time, Gina enjoys sunset walks, line dancing, and exploring. She is an alumna from the Department of Geography at Virginia Tech.

Caitlyn Goodrum

Caitlyn Goodrum | Director of Social Media

Caitlyn is a second-year master's student in Media and Communication, specializing in Strategic Communication as well as pursuing a certificate in Public Diplomacy. She is excited to be GSG鈥檚 Director of Communication and to serve as a liaison between graduate students and the board, but she enjoys helping plan events for graduate students to enjoy the most! In addition to working on the board, Caitlyn is also a Communication Specialist for Faculty Affairs at 文轩探花. When she鈥檚 not working or studying, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her friends. She is an alumnus of Texas State University鈥檚 Public Relations program and the Sociology minor program.

Kadidiatou Mampoya

Kadidiatou Mampoya | Director of Inclusive Excellence

Kadidiatou Mampoya is a First 鈥 Year International Studies student who serves as the Director of Inclusive Excellence within Graduate Student Government. Kadi enjoys traveling the world and connecting with others everywhere. Kadi strives to make 文轩探花 an inclusive and welcoming environment. Kadi is a proud University of Colorado Alumna. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Shivani Durga Naraharishetty

Shivani Durga Naraharishetty | Director of Professional Development

Shivani is a first-year International Disaster Psychology with specializations in Infant and Maternal MHC and Premedicine Graduate Student. As the GSG Director of Professional Development, she is taking both her personal experience as the former president of Mercer Premedical Club and her passion to help graduate to explore the different types of professional venues and opportunity as well as to create multiple professional development platforms like a 鈥淭ake these to your next interview鈥 toolbox that is unique to graduate students at 文轩探花. In her free time, she likes to do Taekwondo, pageants, dance, and travel. She recently graduated in May of 2024 from Mercer University with a B.S in Psychology with triple minors in chemistry, biology, and global health studies.

Diana Ngon

Diana Ngon | Director of Community Engagement听

Diana Ngon is the Director of Community Engagement for the Graduate Student Government (GSG), where she works to foster strong connections between students, faculty, and the broader university community. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and student advocacy. Diana is also a graduate student at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, pursuing a degree in international security with a focus on human security. Her academic interests center on the intersection of security, policy, and community resilience. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Diana enjoys sunshine and solitude, finding peace in quiet moments of reflection.

Yousra Shleibik

Yousra Shleibik | Director of Communication

Yousra is a second-year PhD student in Computer Science. As GSG鈥檚 Director of Social Media, she鈥檚 turning her love for social media into something meaningful. Yousra enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, discovering hidden gems, trying out new cafes, watching anime, and creating engaging reels and content online. She completed her undergrad in software development in Tripoli, Libya, and took on this role to make the most of her passion for all things social.

Jacob Tonozzi

Jacob Tonozzi | Director of Finance

Jacob Tonozzi is a first-year master's student in Global Economic Affairs. As the Director of Finance, Jacob strives to elevate graduate students at 文轩探花 by supporting graduate programs and allocating resources effectively. On campus, Jacob currently works as a research aide for the Pardee Institute and as a programming assistant for the Office of Career and Professional Development. Jacob finished his undergraduate degree from 文轩探花 in 2024, where he managed the 文轩探花 Thrift Store and helped in the 文轩探花 Food Pantry. In his free time, Jacob loves to travel, hang out with friends, spend an exorbitant amount of money on coffee, and thrift.
