Talent@文轩探花 is 文轩探花's talent management platform with opportunities for learning and professional development all in one place. Talent@文轩探花 uses Cornerstone's platform, one of CUPA-HR's preferred providers for talent management software.

Cost and Eligibility:
All active employees at the 文轩探花 are eligible to use Talent@文轩探花 (Cornerstone) for performance planning at no cost.

Adjunct Faculty have access to Talent@文轩探花 if they are in a current active job. When you return into an active job, your access to Talent@文轩探花 will be re-instated and all your previous trainings, and training history will be available.听

How do I start using Talent@文轩探花?
Login to my.du.edu and select Talent@文轩探花 under employee tools widget.
